IGY Marinas seeks an experienced marina manager to oversee safe, secure, efficient, and profitable operations, enforcing company policies at the property. The role represents IGY in business relationships and ensures smooth daily operations across departments.
Responsibilities include guest services, coordinating staffing and procurement, and promoting marina amenities while maintaining quality standards and budgets. Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ related experience preferred.
Responsible for the overall management of the marina to ensure safe, secure, efficient and profitable operations while enforcing the company’s policies and procedures established at the property.
Manages subordinate employees as required. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have general knowledge regarding vessel operation, marina functions, and hospitality.
Valid Driver’s License
To Perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, spreadsheet software, experience with marina reservation systems preferred.
