Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in training coordination or management, with strong project management and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in training coordination or management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
• Maintain accurate training records and track employee certifications.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Support the creation and update of work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
