Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate training records and manage the learning management system (LMS).
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals and presentations.
• Onboard new employees with essential safety and operational training.
