Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, work instructions, and job aids.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring alignment with production schedules.
• Deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees at all levels.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within manufacturing teams.
• Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with department managers to develop tailored training solutions.
