Job summary

The Pivot Group Network partners with West Michigan manufacturers to connect skilled professionals with new opportunities in Mason, MI. We are actively seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators to join our network and support technical training across the site.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering technical training, coordinating external providers, maintaining records, and managing the LMS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
3+ years experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
Maintain accurate training records and track employee certifications.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Support the creation and update of work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Manage the learning management system (LMS) for the manufacturing site.
