Job summary

The Pivot Group Network is building a network of Training Manager / Coordinator professionals in Delta Township, MI. This role focuses on developing and delivering technical training for manufacturing personnel, managing LMS deployments, and coordinating with external providers to assure skill development and compliant records.

We value candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in training within manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Education, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in training development and delivery in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs (safety, quality, technical skills).
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
Maintain accurate training records and track employee progress.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements.
Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
