Job summary

Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a Training Coordinator at its Lawrence, Kansas manufacturing facility. You will lead onboarding, hands-on and classroom training, and ongoing coaching to develop shop-floor talent.

Responsibilities include evaluating program effectiveness, maintaining training records, and partnering with HR and production leadership on workforce readiness and development.

Qualifications

• Facilitate onboarding and skills training for new and existing team members.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in classroom, training cell, and production areas.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development support to improve performance.
• Evaluate trainee progress through testing, observation, and assessments.
• Maintain training records and employee certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary training resource for new and existing team members.
• Coordinate with production leadership to ensure readiness for the manufacturing floor.
• Develop and update training materials, guides, and visual aids.
• Support workforce readiness, placement, and development recommendations with HR and leadership.
• Assist with CI and OpEx projects and opportunities.
