Job summary

Amarr, a global leader within the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a Production Supervisor in Mocksville, NC to lead daily manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. This role drives performance across lines, mentors team members, and partners with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to sustain uptime and continuous improvement.

You will manage shift workloads, ensure compliance with standard work, and support Lean initiatives while developing a high-performing team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience with leadership or lead-operator responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with ERP/production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Assign and coordinate work to balance workflow across production lines.
• Monitor performance, address bottlenecks, and maintain shift records and KPI data.
• Support equipment reliability and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering.
• Provide coaching and development for team members and uphold standard work.
