Job summary

Amcor LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator to manage site training and employee development systems. You will coordinate onboarding, qualification, refresher, and cross-training activities, maintaining documentation and LMS/KMS records in partnership with HR and SMEs.

Collaborate with Operations to ensure trainer availability, develop learning materials, and monitor progress against development plans. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and adherence to established procedures within a

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, training coordination, HR support, or related environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS/KMS or similar training record system preferred.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training schedules, skills matrices, qualifications, or employee development activities preferred.
• Ability to organize and track site training, employee development activities, and skills/qualification matrices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training files, qualification records, and LMS/KMS records.
• Coordinate onboarding, qualification, refresher, cross-training, and other training for staff.
• Maintain training checklists, skills matrices, qualification matrices, and training materials.
• Monitor training compliance and address gaps with HR Manager.
• Create and update training materials with SMEs; route documents for approval.
• Schedule 30/60/90-day onboarding and training follow-ups.
