Amarr, part of the ASSA ABLOY group, seeks a Safety & Training Manager to lead safety, environmental, compliance, and training initiatives in our manufacturing operations. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR to reduce risk, strengthen employee capability, and support sustainable results.

This role requires a strong coach mentality and a focus on building a safety-first culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in safety/training/environmental management within manufacturing.
• Experience leading safety/compliance programs in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS/training administration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety programs to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver training on safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain ISO 14001 EMS and environmental reporting; drive sustainability initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement and risk reduction with cross-functional teams.
