Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Training Manager, Manufacturing to lead onboarding and ongoing skills and compliance training across the organization. You will partner with department leaders to identify role‑specific skills and timelines, deliver structured onboarding for new hires company-wide, including safety protocols and blueprints reading.

The role emphasizes OSHA compliance and maintaining training records, with collaboration across engineering and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Education, Business or related field
• 3–5 years of training, learning & development experience
• Experience delivering cross‑department training; production exposure a plus
• Ability to design and deliver hands‑on technical training
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Basic shop math and ability to read blueprints
• Strong organizational skills and record keeping
• Attention to quality and pride in workmanship

Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding schedules and training checklists with department leaders
• Deliver structured onboarding covering skills, safety, and policies
• Administer assessments and sign off on readiness for independent work
• Design ongoing skills training across all departments
• Develop and maintain compliance training curricula (OSHA, PPE, etc.)
• Track training records, certifications, and renewal schedules
• Coordinate training for new equipment and process changes
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs
