Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to design, build, and sustain high‑reliability test infrastructure for production hardware. You will define validation standards, partner with Reliability and Quality engineers, and drive test method refinement from prototypes to full‑rate production.

You will own end‑to‑end test systems, develop Python automation, use Altium NX and Siemens NX for fixtures, and ensure test processes meet AS9100 quality standards while enabling seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years as Manufacturing Test Engineer or equivalent hardware test role.
• Experience designing test racks, power distribution, DAQs, and lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing test infrastructure across production lifecycle.
• Develop PLC-integrated station control software over Modbus TCP.
• Build containerized test environments and virtual CAN replay for regression testing.
• Gather requirements and define parametric acceptance criteria with Reliability Engineers.
• Design complete test stations with instrumentation, racks, and fixtures.
• Develop automated Python test software on Linux/Unix to orchestrate tests.
• Interface DUTs via UART, CAN, RS‑485/RS‑232 and maintain test stations.
