Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Test Engineer to own the test ecosystem and scale production. You will build and mentor a team, define strategy, and ensure first-time quality across electrical, software, and mechanical test domains.

This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic project management, requiring expertise in test automation, DF T, RCCA, and familiarity with LabVIEW/MATLAB. U.S. security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field or 10+ years equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test and product sustainment.
• 1+ years of leadership or cross-functional project management experience.
• Experience delivering electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Familiarity with Python and Linux.
• Experience with electronics test equipment and test automation.
• Strong RCCA and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of MFG Test Engineers across electrical, software, and mechanical test domains.
• Define the technical strategy and roadmap for manufacturing test systems from prototype to full-rate production.
• Champion Design for Testability with cross-functional teams to ensure robust manufacturing testing.
