Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop and execute high‑fidelity automated tests for electrical and mechanical hardware in our Rhode Island production environment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with hardware testing and automated test systems.
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and Shell scripting.
Familiarity with hardware communication protocols (USB, Ethernet, RS232/485, PCIe, CAN, HDMI).
3+ years in test design for electro‑mechanical hardware in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement high-fidelity, automated test procedures for components and systems.
Collaborate with engineering staff to advance testing capabilities and quality.
Perform data‑driven root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems.
Design semi‑automated test equipment and protocols for subsystems.
Maintain test logs and create a library of error codes and troubleshooting guides.
Deploy test processes in MES or other test execution environments for production.
Lead test deployment activities and train technician teams.
