Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to ensure production tests meet stringent standards and throughput targets. You will develop and sustain test systems, troubleshoot complex hardware, and drive automation, data analytics, and MES integration to ship high-quality products.

You'll collaborate with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams, own test activities across the value stream, and push continuous improvement while calibrating equipment for precision and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of manufacturing test and product sustainment experience.
• Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
• Experience with PCBA/electronic assemblies testing and related standards.
• Familiar with electronics test equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscope, function generators, spectrum analyzers, data acquisition and measurement sensors.
• Strong root cause analysis skills of non-conforming hardware.
• Executive communication skills are essential.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensuring production test flow.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex electrical issues found during testing.
• Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system checkouts to component validation.
• Improve and sustain test systems to enhance automation, consistency, and test coverage.
• Generate test work instructions for technicians and train them on equipment use.
