Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience deploying, or sustaining automated manufacturing test systems for electronic products.
• Experience with contract manufacturers in testing and validation of PCBA and electronic assemblies.
• Hands-on experience developing automated test applications in LabVIEW; Python or C# desired.

Responsabilités

• Own manufacturing test strategy across product development, NPI, and production.
• Drive improvements in test architecture, automation, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.
• Design, integrate, troubleshoot, and sustain automated manufacturing test systems.
• Serve as the primary Product Test Engineering representative at the Ohio manufacturing site, driving decisions with minimal supervision.
• Independently prioritize, manage, and execute multiple manufacturing test initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Lead manufacturing test deployments, factory bring-up, and sustainment at internal and contract sites.
• Mentor technicians and provide guidance to future Product Test Engineers as the Ohio team grows.
