Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support packaging operations in a cGMP environment. You will operate packaging equipment, conduct in-process monitoring, perform line clearances, cosmetic inspections, and document batch records.

Reporting to a Supervisor/Manager, you will also handle SAP/WES data entry, inventory control, and participate in lean activities. This is a 12-hour day rotating schedule with comprehensive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including accurate completion of batch records and logbooks.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Ability to follow written procedures with minimal supervision and escalate issues.
• Strong teamwork in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor line performance.
• Perform in-process sampling, quality inspection and line clearances.
• Enter batch data and perform GMP documentation entries.
• Support lean activities and 5S, with data collection.
• Maintain cleanliness and cGMP compliance in assigned areas.
