Job summary

Resilience in Port Union, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support Packaging operations in a cGMP environment. You will operate packaging equipment, perform in-process monitoring, line clearances, cosmetic inspection, cleaning, and complete batch records.

This role requires basic mathematical skills, solid documentation and data entry, and the ability to read and follow SOPs. Preference for candidates with experience in regulated manufacturing and SAP/WES systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including accurate completion of batch records and logbooks.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs and work instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills for routine calculations and measurements.
• Ability to follow written procedures with minimal supervision and escalate issues as needed.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment, monitor status, and ensure smooth product flow.
• Start-up machinery, set up recipes, enter data on SCADA and HMI, and perform minor adjustments.
• Perform manual packaging tasks and minor rework of in-process and finished material.
• Handle light material movement using pallet jacks and other equipment while maintaining safety.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and sampling; escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain CGMP documentation and participate in line clearance and cleaning.
• Support inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
