Job summary

Resilience seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to support Formulation operations under supervision. You will operate equipment, monitor batches, and ensure cGMP compliance on the production floor.

Responsibilities include line clearances, in-process monitoring, data entry, and collaboration with mechanics and lead technicians to resolve production issues. The role requires attention to detail and teamwork on a 12-hour nights schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience with automated/semi-automated equipment and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Familiarity with SAP, Veeva Vault and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform batch execution per cGMP.
• Monitor process, material and supply levels; coordinate batch tasks.
• Perform start-up, cleaning, line clearance and in-process checks.
• Support lean activities and OEE data collection.
• Perform inventory control using SAP.
