Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to operate inspection machinery, monitor status, and palletize inspected materials in controlled areas. You will perform visual and physical inspections, start-up equipment, and manage material transfers with careful adherence to SOPs.

Additionally, you will maintain a clean cGMP environment, participate in lean activities, document results in batch records, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to detect visual defects and perform repetitive inspection tasks with sustained accuracy.
• Working knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including accurate batch records.
• Basic math skills and ability to read SOPs and work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned inspection machinery and service automated inspection equipment.
• Perform manual visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection of material.
• Start-up equipment, adjust, fix jams, and perform minor maintenance.
• Use material handling equipment and transfer materials in/out of cold rooms.
• Maintain a clean cGMP environment and support 5S and lean activities.
• Record data in batch records and logs; follow SOPs and ECMS processes.
• Practice safety procedures including PPE, LOTO, and spill controls.
