Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including batch records/logbooks.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform routine calculations.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to acquire required certifications for the work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and monitor equipment status to ensure smooth product flow.
• Start-up machinery, select recipes, enter data on SCADA/HMI, and adjust as needed.
• Perform manual packaging and rework in-process materials.
• Handle material movement with light equipment and ensure safe operations.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and elevate concerns promptly to leads/management.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and complete batch records accurately.
