Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company delivering end-to-end manufacturing solutions. The Manufacturing Technician II role supports packaging operations, operates equipment, and performs in-process monitoring in a cGMP environment.

The position requires ability to read and follow SOPs, document batch records, and collaborate with the manufacturing team. Responsibilities include machine start-up, material handling, quality inspection, and line clearance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Documentation and data entry skills, including accurate completion of batch records and logbooks.
• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to perform routine calculations (weights, measures, conversions).
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Ability to follow written procedures with minimal supervision and escalate issues as needed.
• Basic problem‑solving skills and ability to identify deviations or inconsistencies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor line performance.
• Start-up machinery, setup recipes, and perform minor adjustments.
• Manual packaging and rework of in-process and finished material.
• Perform visual quality inspection and sampling of in‑process materials.
• Inventory control using SAP and WES.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and housekeeping in assigned areas.
