Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to operate packaging equipment, perform in-process monitoring, line clearances, cosmetic inspection, cleaning, and batch record entries within a cGMP facility.

The role reports to a Supervisor/Manager, Manufacturing and supports lean activities, 5S, and process improvements while performing inventory control with SAP and WES, safety procedures, and quality documentation; 12 hour days, 2/2/3 schedule,

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including accurate batch records and logbooks.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform routine calculations.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and perform setup, data entry on SCADA/HMI, and minor adjustments.
• Perform in-process monitoring and visual quality inspection; escalate concerns as needed.
• Conduct line clearances, cleaning, and batch record entries in a cGMP setting.
• Handle light material movements with pallet jacks and lifts.
• Maintain inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Adhere to safety procedures, PPE use, and waste handling.
• Participate in lean activities and 5S improvements.
