Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is hiring for a Manufacturing Technician II in Ohio. The role supports packaging operations, data entry, and batch record completion in a cGMP environment.

You will operate equipment, perform in-process checks, and help ensure quality and compliance on the production line. Ideal candidates bring at least some experience in regulated manufacturing, familiarity with SAP or Veeva Vault, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP and Veeva Vault workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor in-process materials.
• Perform batch record entries and data collection.
• Ensure line clearance and visual quality inspection.
• Support 5S and lean improvements and maintain cGMP practices.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
