Job summary

Resilience in Blue Ash, Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to operate packaging equipment, monitor in-process metrics, perform line clearances, and support cGMP-compliant batch records. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will start up machines, adjust sensors, perform manual packaging, and move materials with pallet jacks while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including batch records and logbooks.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform routine calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned packaging machinery and monitor equipment status.
• Perform start-up and setup, including recipe selection and data entry on SCADA/HMI.
• Conduct manual packaging and rework of in-process and finished material.
• Handle materials using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and batch records.
