Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to support packaging operations in a cGMP environment. You will operate packaging equipment, perform in-process monitoring, line clearances, and batch-record entries while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in pharma/biotech or cGMP manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Strong attention to accuracy in documentation.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor line performance.
• Perform in-process monitoring and visual quality inspection.
• Complete batch records and GMP documentation entries.
• Set up equipment, select recipes, enter data in SCADA/HMI.
• Perform line clearances and cleaning to maintain GMP area.
• Handle materials with SAP and WES for inventory control.
• Assist with 5S and lean activities and process improvements.
• Escalate deviations to lead/management as needed.
