Resilience in Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to operate packaging equipment, monitor line conditions, and complete batch records in a cGMP setting. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience in regulated manufacturing and familiarity with SAP, WES, and data entry are preferred; strong documentation skills and ability to follow SOPs are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret SOPs and batch records with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with cGMP principles and basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor equipment status for smooth product flow.
• Perform in-process inspection, line clearances, and visual quality checks.
• Document batch records, perform data entry in SAP and WES, and assist with sterile packaging tasks.
• Support lean activities and 5S, and escalate issues when deviations are observed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
• Participate in training and acquire required certifications for the area.
