Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company that is transforming how medicines are produced. The Manufacturing Technician II will operate packaging equipment, monitor processes, and ensure compliance with cGMP in a fast-paced, production environment.

Responsibilities include line clearances, quality inspections, data entry into SCADA/HMI, batch record completion, and supporting lean initiatives. A strong teamwork mindset is essential to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in a regulated/or cGMP manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow SOPs and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor status.
• Perform in-process inspections and sampling of materials.
• Complete batch records and logbooks with accuracy.
• Assist with cleaning, line clearance and housekeeping to maintain cGMP.
• Execute equipment setups, data entry on SCADA/HMI and minor adjustments.
• Support lean activities and 5S improvements.
