Resilience, a technology-driven biomanufacturing company, seeks an Operations worker in Ohio to operate, start-up, and monitor manufacturing equipment. You will perform manual packaging, manage material handling, and ensure data integrity through batch records and SAP-based documentation.

The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, safety procedures, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment. Training and ongoing certifications are provided as part of the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Accurate batch records and data entry skills.
• Basic mathematics and accurate documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and monitor equipment for smooth product flow.
• Perform start-up, setup, and minor adjustments to machinery and sensors.
• Handle manual packaging and light material handling tasks.
• Maintain cGMP environment through cleaning and line clearance.
• Record batch data and assist in protocol execution and qualification.
