Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support packaging operations in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, in-process monitoring, line clearances, cosmetic inspection, and batch record entries.

The role requires prior regulated manufacturing experience, strong documentation skills, and proficiency in SAP/WES.

Qualifications

Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is required.
Strong documentation and data-entry skills to complete batch records and logbooks.
Ability to read, write and understand English to interpret SOPs and work instructions.
Basic mathematical skills for routine calculations (weights, measures, conversions).
Ability to work under minimal supervision and as part of a fast-paced production team.

Responsibilities

Operate packaging equipment and monitor equipment status for smooth product flow.
Perform start-up activities including recipe selection and data entry on SCADA/HMI; adjust as needed.
Conduct manual packaging tasks and hand packaging or rework of materials.
Handle light material movements using pallet jacks or lifts.
Perform visual quality inspections and sample in-process materials; escalate issues.
Maintain cGMP documentation and support equipment qualification and validation activities.
