Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support Formulation operations. You will operate equipment, perform in-process monitoring, batch record entries, and ensure a compliant cGMP environment on a 12-hour night shift, 2/2/3 rotation.

You will collaborate with maintenance and lead technicians, manage inventory in SAP, participate in lean activities, complete GMP documentation, and maintain safety standards as part of a growing team

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read/write/speak English and follow detailed instructions.
• Attention to detail with accurate batch records and documentation.
• Ability to operate automated and semi-automated equipment and perform SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, equipment operation, batch execution, material handling, cleaning, housekeeping, and line clearance to maintain a cGMP environment.
• Monitor process execution, material and supply levels; coordinate batch execution and line tasks.
• Perform in-process monitoring, SAP inventory control and batch record documentation; support lean activities and 5S.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and cross-train in other work areas as needed.
