Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company advancing end-to-end manufacturing solutions. The Technician role supports production on the manufacturing floor, performing start-up, operation, batch execution, material handling, cleaning, and line clearance in a cGMP environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in regulated manufacturing, is proficient with automated equipment, and can read/write English to follow procedures and complete records with high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions in English.
• Demonstrated attention to detail with accurate batch records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform in-process monitoring per cGMPs.
• Handle start-up, batch execution, material handling, cleaning, and line clearance.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve production issues and ensure quality and safety.
