Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the primary contact for product inquiries, pricing, applications, quotations, and order support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will review drawings and BOMs to prepare aftermarket quotes, process orders and returns in the ERP, and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical products and drawings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• ERP experience preferred; Acumatica experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, pricing, applications, quotations, and order support.
• Respond to customer calls and emails with timely, accurate, and solution-oriented communication.
• Review drawings and bills of materials to prepare aftermarket parts quotes and product recommendations.
• Process orders, returns, and quotations while maintaining accurate information within the ERP system.
• Track open orders, coordinate with internal teams, and support on-time delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Marketing, and Business Development to meet customer and business objectives.
