The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in inside sales or customer service, with proficiency in SAP, Excel, and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent related inside sales or customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year in customer service, inside sales, account support, or a similar customer-focused role preferred.
• Must have manufacturer experience working with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer account management processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and process customer requests while serving as a key point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Manage order activity from entry through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory availability, track order status, and help prioritize stock utilization to support customer needs.
• Coordinate with accounting, operations, and other departments to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, timelines, invoices, and account information.
• Maintain system records, generate reports, support process improvements, and assist with quality-related documentation.
