Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, quoting, or related experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors via phone, email, and direct communication.
• Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate related purchasing activities.
• Build consultative relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions.
• Partner with outside sales reps to support customer projects and follow-up.
• Work with suppliers to obtain pricing, manage lead times, and ensure timely quotes.
• Assist with sourcing initiatives and process improvements to support satisfaction.
