Staffing Resources in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our manufacturing-focused team. The role provides order support, technical guidance, and responsive service throughout the order lifecycle, with clear collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to meet delivery commitments.
The ideal candidate has a technical certificate or associate degree, 3–5 years in industrial customer support, and hands-on experience with ERP/SAP or Epicor and
Competenze
- Vocational certificate or associate's degree in a technical field.
- 3–5 years in customer service or technical support within manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor) and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
- Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and responsiveness.
- Experience processing POs and quotations; manufacturing background.
Mansioni
- Assist customers with product inquiries, applications, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and manage quotes, orders, and product modifications.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to support needs.
- Monitor order status, lead times, and shipments with proactive updates.
- Resolve concerns related to product performance, quality, and delivery.
- Maintain records in ERP and CRM systems.
