Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on assigned lines, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.

You will lead and train a team of production employees, monitor performance, and coordinate with the Production Manager and planner to maintain smooth workflows. This role offers opportunities for growth and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience; 1+ year in people management.
• Strong fundamentals in communication and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations on assigned lines, ensuring safety and quality.
• Meet defined production targets and manage a team of production employees.
• Train and coach staff; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Coordinate with Production Planner and leadership on schedules and status.
• Drive Continuous Improvement using CI tools and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation such as production reports and downtime logs.
