Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on assigned lines in Denver, CO. You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality, and drive on-time production.

Responsibilities include training staff, conducting safety and quality audits, coordinating with Production Planner, and pursuing continuous improvement using CI tools. Qualifications include 2+ years manufacturing and 1 year of people management.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing; high-volume experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in people management in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and drive a safety culture on the shop floor.
• Perform daily quality audits and support RCCM closure.
• Train and manage production employees on assigned lines.
• Coordinate with planning and monitor production status and delays.
