IDEX Corporation's Advanced Thin Films division is seeking a Production Supervisor, Defense to lead daily manufacturing operations on the production floor. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while mentoring a team and translating priorities into actionable daily targets.

Working with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, you will build capability, solve problems, and implement Lean and standard work across a high-precision environment supporting defense

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Management, Optics, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Translate schedules and priorities into daily team targets.
• Coach and develop production employees for performance and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support customer commitments.
• Drive Lean improvements and standard work across the floor.
