Responsibilities

• Safety: promote a zero-incident culture and meet EHS requirements.
• People: deploy and develop team members, conduct 1:1s and reviews.
• Operational: coordinate shift activities to meet production schedule.
• Compliance: manage regulatory compliance and line clearance checks.
• Performance: manage cycle time and changeovers for improvements.
• Development: provide training and growth opportunities.
• OpEx: participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Waste management: generate and manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste.
