Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; sciences/engineering preferred.
• Two years manufacturing or related experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs.
• Aseptic experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safety: promote a culture of zero incidents and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• People: deploy and develop team, delegate tasks, and conduct performance reviews.
• Operational: coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules.
• Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance and conduct line clearance, material checks, and spot checks.
• Performance: manage cycle times and change-over improvements.
• Development: provide training and growth opportunities for staff.
• Operation Excellence (OpEx): participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Waste management: generate and manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste per procedures.
