Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering is required; pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Two years of manufacturing or related experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience with safety, quality systems and cGMPs; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Safety: Create an environment where safety is the number one priority in every activity, driving safety improvements and promoting a culture of zero incidents.
• People: Deploy and train team members to meet the production schedule; conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Operational: Coordinate shift activities to meet the production schedule and ensure smooth handover to the next manager.
• Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance; perform checks and address issues impacting lot completion.
• Performance: Manage cycle time and change-over time; seek continuous improvements.
• Development: Develop direct reports with training and growth opportunities; promote self-development.
• Operation Excellence (OpEx): Participate in process improvement initiatives.
