Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering required; pharma preferred.
• Two years of manufacturing or related experience; supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience with safety, quality systems and cGMPs; strong writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe working environment and promote safety culture on the floor.
• Effectively deploy and develop team members; manage performance reviews.
• Coordinate shift activities to meet production schedule and ensure handover.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proactive issue resolution on the line.
• Drive continuous improvements and OpEx initiatives.
