AbbVie is seeking a manufacturing-focused professional to support leadership in continuous improvement and operational planning. The role involves transferring methods into production instructions, coordinating tasks for campaigns, and driving efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing complex documents, managing changeovers, and analyzing data to propose practical solutions.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of media and buffer preparation, cell culture and purification of biological drugs.
• Computer expertise and scheduling proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of safety, quality systems and current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Expertise with tech transfer processes and familiarity with equipment, facilities validation and regulatory filings.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure; strong teamwork and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support Production Leadership in continuous improvement, operational planning and day-to-day coordination.
• Drive Operational Excellence initiatives and maintain compliant, efficient manufacturing operations.
• Transfer methods into Production instructions for campaigns and schedule tasks to meet timelines.
• Draft, circulate and respond to comments on complex documents; manage reviews and approvals.
• Direct changeover activities with limited assistance; analyze data to propose solutions.
• Develop implementation plans and present recommendations to management.

Formação

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
