Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; science or engineering strongly preferred.
• Two years of manufacturing or related experience required; supervisor experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with safety, quality systems and cGMPs in regulated environments.
• Aseptic production experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safety: promote a culture of zero incidents and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.
• People: deploy and train team, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews; manage attendance and payroll accuracy.
• Operational: coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules and ensure safe handovers.
• Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance; perform material, line clearance and spot checks.
• Performance: manage cycle times and change-over improvements; drive OpEx initiatives.
• Development: provide training and growth opportunities; encourage self-development.
• Operation Excellence (OpEx): participate in process improvements.
• Waste management: generate and manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste per procedures.
