AbbVie in Worcester, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor I to lead safe, compliant, and efficient production on the floor. You will guide a team, ensure adherence to regulatory standards and quality, and drive cost-conscious improvements and timely shift handovers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering, 2+ years in manufacturing, and experience with SAP and Microsoft Office. aseptic experience is a plus; strong writing skills are essential.

Competenze

• Two years of manufacturing or related experience required.
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Good writing skills and familiarity with documentation in a regulated environment are required.
• Aseptic production experience is desirable.

Mansioni

• Promote a safe work environment and lead safety initiatives on the floor.
• Deploy team members daily to meet the production schedule and ensure proper training.
• Coordinate shift activities to meet production targets and ensure smooth handovers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (cGMP).
• Aim for continuous improvement in cycle times and changeovers.
• Develop direct reports with training plans and growth opportunities.
• Participate in OpEx and process improvement initiatives.
• Manage generation of non-hazardous and hazardous waste per procedures and regulations.
