Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to support the manufacturing team during 12-hour shifts from 7:30pm to 7:30am with rotating weekends. You will mentor operators, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met.

Responsibilities include audits, floor walks, coordinating with supervision, leading daily meetings, and cross-training, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, inclusion, and adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associate degree in a technical or business field preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the supported area.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
• Exhibits excellence and action orientation.
• Experience and comfort using computers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including QMS, FDA, and company policies.
• Liaise between team members and supervisor to optimize resources and performance.
• Perform audits (5S, Safety, Quality, Standardized Work) to ensure policies adherence.
• Walk the floor, answer questions, resolve issues, escalate as needed.
• Support operators with non-cyclic tasks and changeovers.
• Lead morning huddles and drive structured problem solving.
• Coordinate cross-training plans and shift-change discussions.
• Participate in daily production boards and shift summaries.
