Qualifications

• Experience performing all jobs in the area supported.

Responsibilities

• Support the manufacturing team in achieving production goals and quality requirements.
• Adhere to safety, quality, regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Lead morning huddles and coordinate shift changes.
• Walk the floor to address questions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate cross-training plans and resource alignment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
