Job summary

Integer is a global technology and manufacturing company focused on medical device OEMs and niche batteries. This role provides essential support to the manufacturing team to hit production goals and quality targets.

You will monitor operations, escalate issues, drive continuous improvement, and handle tasks that enable operators to perform at their best. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem solving are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Associates degree preferred in technical or business field.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer’s safety, quality and regulatory requirements (QMS, FDA, etc.).
• Act as liaison between team and supervisor to align resources.
• Perform audits (5S, safety, quality, Standardized Work).
• Support floor presence; answer questions, resolve issues, escalate as needed.
• Coordinate cross-training and shifts; maintain production boards.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate with associates.
• Engage team in problem solving to identify countermeasures.
• Know jobs and equipment to step in for emergencies.
• Participate in workshops for process improvements and new product development.
• Perform non-cyclic tasks to support operators (paperwork, change prep, quality checks).
• Ensure inclusive, respectful teamwork and diverse environment.
