Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to support production goals and customer quality requirements. You will monitor operations, escalate issues, and collaborate with the team to improve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency.

You will lead shifts, participate in daily production boards, and drive problem-solving to prevent misses. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, environmental, security, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Act as liaison between team and supervisor to align resources.
• Perform audits (5S, Safety, Quality, Standardized Work).
• Walk the floor, answer questions, resolve issues, escalate when needed.
• Support operators with paperwork, change prep, quality checks and material movement.
• Lead continuous improvement workshops and problem-solving sessions.
• Run morning huddles and communicate with associates.
• Coordinate cross-training and ensure safety and quality.
